The Water Club is a Homeowners Association where each homeowner is a member of the Association.

Each home is privately owned. Common areas – such as the street, the beach, the pool, the dunes, and the walkways – are maintained by the Association.


The day-to-day management of The Water Club is handled by a seven member volunteer board of directors who are elected by the Homeowners at the annual meeting to serve for two-year staggered terms.
